By accessing or using Cricstars, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.

If you are using Cricstars on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Scholar Tech Innovations Pvt Ltd.

For the purposes of these Terms:

• "Platform" refers to the Cricstars website, mobile applications, and all related services
• "User" means any individual or entity that accesses or uses the Platform
• "Content" includes text, images, videos, scores, statistics, and any other material posted on the Platform
• "CSTAR Tokens" are utility tokens used within the Platform for transactions and access to features
• "Marketplace" refers to the e-commerce and gig service sections of the Platform
• "Services" encompasses all features, tools, and functionalities provided by Cricstars

To use Cricstars, you must:

• Be at least 13 years old to create an account and use basic features
• Be at least 18 years old to purchase CSTAR tokens, engage in marketplace transactions, or use gig services
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
• Not be prohibited from using the Services under applicable laws
• Comply with all local laws and regulations regarding online services and digital tokens

Cricstars provides a comprehensive cricket ecosystem including:

Account Creation

When creating an account, you must:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Not share your account with others
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Cricstars is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to the Platform or other users.

Token Purpose

CSTAR tokens are used exclusively within the Platform for:

• Purchasing products and services in the Marketplace
• Accessing premium features and content
• Participating in tournaments and events
• Tipping content creators and service providers
• Unlocking advanced AI analytics

Token Purchases

• All CSTAR token purchases are final and non-refundable
• Token prices are subject to change at our discretion
• Tokens cannot be exchanged for fiat currency
• Tokens have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for money
• We do not guarantee any specific value or utility of tokens

Token Restrictions

You may not:

• Transfer tokens outside the Platform
• Sell or trade tokens for real-world currency
• Use tokens for illegal activities
• Manipulate token systems or exploit vulnerabilities

Marketplace Role

Cricstars acts as a facilitator connecting buyers and sellers. We are not a party to transactions between users and are not responsible for:

• Product quality, safety, or legality
• Accuracy of product descriptions
• Seller's ability to fulfill orders
• Delivery or shipping issues
• Disputes between buyers and sellers

Seller Obligations

If you sell products on Cricstars, you must:

• Provide accurate product descriptions and images
• Honor all sales and deliver products as described
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Handle customer service and returns professionally
• Pay applicable fees and taxes

Buyer Protections

While we strive to maintain a safe marketplace, buyers should:

• Review seller ratings and reviews
• Communicate with sellers before purchasing
• Report suspicious listings or fraudulent activity
• Understand that refunds are subject to seller policies

Available Services

The gig marketplace includes:

• Cricket coaching and training
• Umpiring and officiating services
• Commentary and analysis
• Event organization and management
• Photography and videography
• Equipment maintenance and repair

Service Provider Responsibilities

• Maintain appropriate qualifications and certifications
• Provide services professionally and competently
• Carry necessary insurance coverage
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Handle taxes and legal obligations independently

Platform Limitations

Cricstars does not:

• Verify service provider qualifications
• Guarantee service quality or outcomes
• Provide insurance or liability coverage
• Mediate disputes beyond basic facilitation
• Assume responsibility for service provider actions

Content Ownership

You retain ownership of content you post on Cricstars. However, by posting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to:

• Use, reproduce, and display your content
• Distribute content across the Platform
• Modify and adapt content for technical requirements
• Create derivative works for promotional purposes
• Sublicense content to partners and affiliates

Content Standards

All content must:

• Be accurate and not misleading
• Not infringe on intellectual property rights
• Not contain illegal, harmful, or offensive material
• Not promote violence, discrimination, or hate speech
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Content Moderation

We reserve the right to:

• Remove content that violates these Terms

Cricstars provides social networking features including:

Community Guidelines

When using social features, you must:

• Not engage in harassment, bullying, or abuse
• Not spam or send unsolicited messages
• Not impersonate others or create fake accounts
• Report inappropriate behavior to moderators

Cricstars facilitates cricket events and tournaments. Event organizers are responsible for:

• Obtaining necessary permits and permissions
• Ensuring participant safety and insurance
• Managing registrations and payments
• Providing accurate event information
• Complying with cricket governing body regulations

Cricstars is not liable for:

• Event cancellations or changes
• Injuries or accidents during events
• Disputes between organizers and participants
• Prize distribution or payment issues

AI Services

Our AI features include:

• Match outcome predictions
• Player performance analysis
• Team strategy recommendations
• Fantasy cricket suggestions
• Automated content generation

AI Limitations

• AI predictions may be inaccurate or incomplete
• AI systems can make errors or produce biased results
• We do not guarantee AI availability or performance
• AI features may change or be discontinued without notice
• Users are responsible for verifying AI-generated information

Business accounts are available for:

• Cricket clubs and academies
• Equipment manufacturers and retailers
• Event organizers and venues
• Professional service providers
• Media and content creators

Business Account Requirements

• Provide valid business registration information
• Comply with commercial laws and regulations
• Maintain accurate business profiles
• Pay applicable business fees and commissions
• Handle customer service professionally

You may not:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Post illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Attempt to hack or compromise platform security
• Use automated systems to scrape or collect data
• Create multiple accounts to manipulate systems
• Engage in match-fixing or betting manipulation
• Sell or transfer your account

All Platform content, features, and functionality are owned by Cricstars or our licensors and are protected by:

• Copyright laws
• Trademark laws
• Patent laws
• Trade secret laws
• Other intellectual property rights

Trademarks

The Cricstars name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of Scholar Tech Innovations Pvt Ltd. You may not use our trademarks without prior written permission.

Copyright Infringement

If you believe content on Cricstars infringes your copyright, please contact us at legal@cricstars.app with:

• Description of the copyrighted work
• Location of the infringing content

• Statement of good faith belief
• Statement of accuracy under penalty of perjury

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Arbitration

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of Cricstars shall be resolved through binding arbitration in New Zealand.

Exceptions

Either party may seek injunctive relief in court for:

• Intellectual property infringement
• Unauthorized access to systems
• Violations of computer fraud laws

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes:

• We will notify you through the Platform or by email
• Material changes will be announced prominently
• Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance
