CSTAR Tokens and Digital Assets
CSTAR tokens are utility tokens intended for use within the Cricstars ecosystem. They are not securities, financial products, or investment instruments under the Financial Markets Conduct Act 2013 (New Zealand) or any other applicable law.
- CSTAR tokens have no guaranteed value, liquidity, or future market availability. Their value may fluctuate significantly.
- Nothing on the Platform constitutes financial, investment, or tax advice.
- Users should seek independent professional advice before engaging in token-related activities.
- Users under eighteen (18) may earn CSTAR but cannot redeem, trade, or withdraw tokens until attaining the age of majority.
Marketplace and Business Accounts
Cricstars provides a facilitation platform only. Contracts, transactions, and engagements between Users (including service providers, Business Accounts, clubs, academies, or vendors) are made solely between the parties involved.
- Cricstars is not a party to contracts between Users, does not supervise services, and does not guarantee quality, performance, or payment.
- Cricstars disclaims liability for disputes, non-payment, misrepresentation, or service failures between Users.
Matches, Tournaments, and Events
Participation in cricket matches or tournaments carries inherent risks of physical injury. Users and participants assume all risks and responsibilities associated with participation.
- Cricstars facilitates scheduling, scoring, and promotion of matches, tournaments, and events but is not responsible for the organization, safety, or outcome of such activities.
